The NG-1 FA is a 100% custom designed, high performance, full auto flywheel blaster, designed to launch full size foam darts using standard mags. All parts are designed and optimized for 3D printing. In order to boost performance and future development potential, the design is based around larger '380' high speed motors. The design is highly modular to allow for future modifications while being cost effective.

Max. kinetic energy is <0.5 Joule.

• The outer barrel diameter is 19 mm and is hence compatible with worker accessories.

Fully assembled blaster. Magazine and battery not included.

Accessibility

The breech and fly wheel setup is easily accessible with a cover from the top of the gun.

Power supply

The motors are rated for a 2s setup (max 8.4V) nominal. Batteries are not part of this offer (difficulties with shipping etc). The blaster is equipped with an XT60 connectors.

Material

We use PLA for the most of the parts of the blaster. PLA does not like heat. Make sure to keep the blaster below 30°C. Hence no direct sun light for a long period of time. The motors are isolated from the PLA body; if they tend to overheat, try giving them a break as well. If you need the blaster printed from a high tmperature resistant material, feel free to get in touch.
